Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Warehouse / Forklift Associates to join a growing warehouse and light manufacturing operation in Tulsa. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with hands-on production work, including order pulling, receiving, filter assembly, cutting, gluing, and material handling.
The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working with their hands, and able to accurately use a tape measure. Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred. This is a clean, active work environment that provides a good mix of warehouse, forklift, and light manufacturing responsibilities without the physical demands of a heavy industrial setting.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Ability to follow work instructions and established procedures
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing both warehouse and light manufacturing duties
Willingness to occasionally stay late when production needs require
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
Locate products and materials throughout the warehouse
Unload incoming trucks and organize received inventory
Stage materials and completed orders in designated areas
Assist with manufacturing standard pleated filters
Perform cutting and gluing tasks during the production process
Measure materials accurately according to production requirements
Operate pallet jacks to move products and materials
Operate sit-down forklifts after completing required training and certification
Verify products and materials for accuracy and quality
Support efficient inventory and material flow throughout the facility
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production areas
Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Warehouse Responsibilities

Light Manufacturing Responsibilities
Assist with manufacturing standard pleated filters
Cut materials according to production requirements
Perform gluing and basic assembly tasks
Measure materials using a tape measure
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Support daily production requirements as needed
Forklift Training
Candidates will have the opportunity to receive sit-down forklift certification onsite.
Employees must successfully complete the required training and demonstrate safe equipment operation before independently operating a forklift.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience
Manufacturing or production experience
Sit-down forklift experience
Order pulling or fulfillment experience
Shipping and receiving experience
Pallet jack experience
Light assembly experience
Experience with cutting, gluing, or similar production processes
Strong tape measure and basic measurement skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
Ability to move warehouse and production materials throughout the workday
Manual dexterity required for cutting, gluing, measuring, and production activities
Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts when trained and authorized
Comfortable performing general warehouse and production activities throughout the shift
Work Environment

Regular interaction with inventory, pleated filters, hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts
Active work environment that is not overly strenuous compared with heavy industrial settings
