Our client is a distributor of pipes, valves, and other products used in the oilfield/plumbing industry. This is a warehouse position, responsible picking, packing, sorting, shipping and receiving of orders to meet the facilities productivity and quality goals.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $20-21/hour
PPE: Steel toe boots required - all other PPE is provided by the client
Responsibilities:
· Receives and unloads freight both manually or with a forklift or pallet jack
· Check for damaged goods
· Verify quantity and quality on purchase order
· Stocking Products
· Tags products
· Operate forklifts in the pipe yard to pull orders
· Keeping a clean and orderly warehouse/yard
· Helping to cut pipes
· Observe all safety rules and procedures.
Physical requirements:
· Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50-75 lbs
· Must be comfortable standing, walking, kneeling and reaching over long period of time
· Must be comfortable working in the elements
Requirements:
MUST HAVE CHERRY PICKER OR REACH TRUCK EXPERINCE!!
They would like to see a minimum longevity of 2-3 years per position.
