Job Description for Forklift Operators:
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload products from company vehicles.
- Efficiently load/unload route trucks and inter-branch trailers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse and loading areas.
- Verify load sheets for accuracy, ensuring proper equipment and product loads.
Qualifications for Forklift Operators:
- Forklift certification and forklift operating experience within the last 3 years required.
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills; familiarity with inventory systems preferred.
- Physically able to safely lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to meet company driver qualification policies.
- Reliable transportation required; must pass pre-employment screening.
