Job Description for Forklift Operators:

• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload products from company vehicles.
• Efficiently load/unload route trucks and inter-branch trailers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse and loading areas.
• Verify load sheets for accuracy, ensuring proper equipment and product loads.

Qualifications for Forklift Operators:

• Forklift certification and forklift operating experience within the last 3 years required.
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills; familiarity with inventory systems preferred.
• Physically able to safely lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to meet company driver qualification policies.
• Reliable transportation required; must pass pre-employment screening.
