Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Forklift Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations. This position will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment while ensuring products are handled accurately and safely.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Load, unload, stage, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
Pick, pack, label, wrap, band, and prepare products for shipment.
Verify orders and identify shortages, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and basic computer system transactions.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory locations.
Work with drivers and carriers during the loading process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Assist in other warehouse areas as needed based on daily workload.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and material-handling equipment.
Basic computer/scanner skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavier items with assistance or equipment.
