What Youll Do
Pour material into small forms and prepare products for the next stage
Remove finished pieces from forms and prepare them for reuse
Follow daily production routines and safety procedures
Keep your work area clean and organized
Work safely while handling materials up to 50 lbs.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
What Youll Bring
Some construction, manufacturing, or hands-on work experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable and willing to learn
Good communication skills
Basic math skills are a plus
Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
