Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, shipping documents, and warehouse procedures.
• Basic math and inventory skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of high-reach or stand-up forklift experience required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or material handling environment.
• Experience picking orders, replenishing inventory, and handling customer shipments.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipping carriers such as UPS and preparing outbound shipments.
• Strong attention to detail when labeling, packaging, and verifying customer orders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Experience with inventory management and material movement processes.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive use of both hands.
• Constant awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment while following all company safety requirements.

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up high-reach forklift to accurately pick, transport, and stage customer orders.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Package and prepare UPS shipments according to customer and company requirements.
• Label products and materials to meet customer specifications and shipping standards.
• Relocate inventory and materials as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse best practices.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and complete additional tasks as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
