About the position: Automotive warehouse in the Cottondale/Tuscaloosa area looking for qualified Forklift Operators. These are full time positions with availability on all shifts!
Employees can earn a gross average of $875/ weekly working an average of 50 hours per week! Hourly pay rate is $18/ hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Safe and effective operation of a forklift in all areas including shipping and receiving, sort line and inventorying materials.
- This is for SMP:Motherson, they do NOT hire Rehires!
- Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations.
- Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping and receiving, production, etc.
- Maintain production standards and achieve established production goals.
- Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned in response to changing operating conditions and plant priorities.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred)
- 1 year of Forklift experience required in a production warehouse setting.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift and overtime as needed.
