Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate placement of goods.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in inventory management, including counting and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
