Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our light industrial team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by safely moving materials, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, and move products and materials
• Use handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Perform inbound receiving processes
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment while following 7S standards
• Adhere to safety procedures and company quality policies
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and teamwork
• Support daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Certified and trained in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication skills with leadership and peers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Work Environment

This position works in a fast-paced warehouse setting and requires the use of warehouse equipment and material handling tools. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
