Schedule: Monday-Friday | Mandatory overtime on some Saturdays

• A Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
• B Shift (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM)
• C Shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Experience Requirements

• Previous stand-up forklift experience preferred
• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with forklift experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload products and materials
• Transport inventory to designated locations
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with maintaining an organized work area
• Complete assigned warehouse and forklift tasks as directed
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to sit and stand throughout the shift
• Ability to work overtime, including mandatory Saturdays when required
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator supports successful warehouse operations through skilled forklift operation, dependable inventory movement, and safe material handling practices. This role requires attention to detail, good judgment, and commitment to workplace safety.

Successful Warehouse Forklift Operator candidates understand warehouse procedures, equipment operation, inventory systems, and material handling while maintaining efficient workflows and safe working conditions.
