• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 4:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience
• Previous inventory management experience required
• Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment preferred

Job Duties

• Operate sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Pull, stage, and process customer orders accurately
• Maintain inventory records and update inventory management systems
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and shipping documents
• Label pallets and complete required shipping paperwork
• Store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Identify, document, and report damaged or missing products
• Assist with evaluating deliveries and shipment accuracy
• Support overall warehouse and inventory operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a warehouse Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Warehouse Forklift Operator helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator combines forklift operation with inventory awareness and warehouse procedures to help ensure products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout daily operations.
