Warehouse Forklift Operator Multiple Shifts Open

Red Line Freight Systems is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Taunton, MA. We are a fast-paced freight, warehousing, and logistics company with over 20 years in business. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving freight throughout the warehouse, staging shipments, handling inbound and outbound product, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Move, stage, and organize freight in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders as needed
• Inspect freight for damages, shortages, or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Work closely with warehouse management, dispatch, and other team members
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Experience in freight, warehousing, LTL, 3PL, or distribution preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift, move, and handle freight as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Forklift certification preferred, but we will consider experienced operators

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
