Description

Warehouse Forklift Operator

  • Day Shift: $19.00 per hour
  • Night Shift: $20.00 per hour
     

Warehouse Forklift Operator – Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Experience operating one or more of the following: Stand-Up Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack
  • Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime when required
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) 

Warehouse Forklift Operator – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Material Handling

  • Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
  • Transport materials to storage locations, staging areas, and shipping docks
  • Stack, store, and retrieve pallets while maintaining product integrity

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners
  • Verify product quantities and locations for accuracy
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and replenishment activities
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards

Inventory Control

  • Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
  • Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products
  • Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse
