Warehouse Fulfillment Associate (Order Picking & Materials Handling) — Irvine, CA Overview
Join a busy, hands-on warehouse team where your focus and accuracy directly impact getting orders out the door on time. As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you’ll help prepare customer orders by pulling the right materials, reviewing pick tickets, verifying quantities, and supporting daily warehouse operations—including respooling raw cable when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who works with urgency, stays detail-oriented under pressure, and is eager to learn—training is available for the right person.

• Location: Irvine, CA
• Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow pick tickets to pull correct part numbers and quantities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills, including reporting material/order discrepancies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 40–50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical, on-your-feet warehouse work throughout the shift

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, order picking, or material handling
• Experience working from written work instructions and established procedures
• Familiarity with keeping work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
