Warehouse Fulfillment Picker – Food Products

Your mission
Keep production flowing and products flawless from the first pick to final staging.
- Pack items on the assembly line and apply labels with exact weight and product details
- Move completed boxes using a pallet jack or hand cart and stage them for shipping
- Stock your station proactively and remove any product that looks defective
- Follow work orders to collect materials and deliver them to assigned machines
- Return any unused materials to the warehouse and transfer finished pallets to staging/shipping
- Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift (if trained/licensed)
- Enter inventory movements into the system
- Confirm codes, expiry dates, lot numbers, and quantities are correct
What it takes
- High school diploma required
- MHE license required
- Capacity to stand 8–10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working with moderate noise and temperature changes
- Reliable basic math and communication; able to keep pace with an active line
- 1–2 years’ experience using manufacturing systems (preferred)
