Join the Advance Services team! Were hiring a Lumper to support 3PL logistics company in the Roanoke area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys attention to detail and working in a team-focused environment.
What youll do:- Unload and load trucks efficiently, ensuring products are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Accurately organize, stack, and palletize goods in alignment with warehouse layout and inventory management protocols.
- Assist in inventory checks and documentation to maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and warehouse policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and forklift operators to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays.
- Support quality operations as needed.
What were looking for:- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in unloading and loading operations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems or basic logistics software.
