We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring smooth processes from receiving to shipping.

The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing best practices, controlling labor costs, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, data-driven, and experienced in utilizing metrics and KPIs to effectively manage warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage labor throughout the facility and ensure labor costs are effectively controlled.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and minimize errors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Evaluate and improve warehouse layout, organization, and storage utilization.
  • Work closely with suppliers and transportation partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor operational performance using metrics and KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Experience managing labor, productivity, and operational costs.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
