Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00 $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: East Syracuse, NY
Duration: 60-day contract with potential to extend to 90 days. Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in East Syracuse. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load completed shipments for delivery.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
