Warehouse & Grounds SupervisorPool & Spa Depot is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while supporting the upkeep of our facility and exterior grounds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining warehouse leadership, inventory control, and facility maintenance.You will help oversee the full lifecycle of operations-from receiving and shipping to ensuring the warehouse, parking areas, and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory controlAssign tasks, manage workflow, and support team performanceEnsure accurate shipments, inventory accuracy, and proper documentationEnforce safety standards (OSHA, PPE, equipment use)Train and support warehouse associatesCoordinate with drivers and internal teams for logistics and schedulingOversee facility and grounds upkeep: parking lots, loading docks, landscaping, signage, and lightingSupport vendor coordination and assist with maintenance and repairsMonitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvementQualifications2–4 years of warehouse experience in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledgeForklift and warehouse equipment experienceExperience with facilities or grounds maintenanceAbility to lead a team and manage daily operationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical workOpen to overtime and weekends as neededKey Competencies• Leadership presence • Attention to detail • Problem-solving • Accountability • Strong communication • Adaptability Why Join UsHands-on leadership role with real impactOpportunity to grow within operations and facilitiesFast-paced, team-oriented environment Pool and Spa Depot is a Drug-Free Workplace.
