Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor
Pool & Spa Depot is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while supporting the upkeep of our facility and exterior grounds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining warehouse leadership, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
You will help oversee the full lifecycle of operations-from receiving and shipping to ensuring the warehouse, parking areas, and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control
- Assign tasks, manage workflow, and support team performance
- Ensure accurate shipments, inventory accuracy, and proper documentation
- Enforce safety standards (OSHA, PPE, equipment use)
- Train and support warehouse associates
- Coordinate with drivers and internal teams for logistics and scheduling
- Oversee facility and grounds upkeep: parking lots, loading docks, landscaping, signage, and lighting
- Support vendor coordination and assist with maintenance and repairs
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge
- Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
- Experience with facilities or grounds maintenance
- Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
- Open to overtime and weekends as needed
