The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization to hire a Warehouse Handler in a Climate controlled warehouse Los Angeles, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately—helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.


What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
  • Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Organize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibility
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs safely
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

Preferred:

  • Forklift certification
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
