Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications
• Measure, cut, crimp, and prepare hose products using specialized equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Complete quality control documentation and production records
• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy
• Stock, organize, and replenish warehouse inventory
• Enter and track inventory data in the ERP system
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform general warehouse, assembly, and material-handling duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial experience preferred
• Hose assembly, fabrication, mechanical assembly, or hydraulic experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Ability to learn warehouse inventory and ERP systems
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Steel-toe boots required
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Regular lifting and movement of inventory and materials
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment and tools
• Ability to work in an active warehouse and production environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday
