Warehouse Hose Technician Job Responsibilities
Assemble and fabricate industrial hoses by measuring, cutting, and crimping hose assemblies.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized hose assembly equipment.
Measure hose and materials accurately to meet customer specifications.
Prepare customer orders by coiling, packaging, labeling, and staging hoses for shipment.
Complete required quality control documentation and production paperwork.
Receive incoming shipments and verify materials.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and stock.
Replenish inventory and monitor material levels.
Enter and track inventory information using an ERP system.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Warehouse Hose Technician Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.
Previous hose assembly or hose fabrication experience is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to become certified is acceptable.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and assemble products.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be physically capable of performing warehouse work throughout the shift.
Steel-toe boots are required.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
