What you will do:
- Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled during daily production.
- Load products onto freight carrier vehicles and safely handle outdoor deliveries, including unloading flatbed trucks.
- Safely lift and move materials using forklifts, cranes, hoists, or by hand within approved weight limits.
- Pull parts to keep inventory stocked and assembly cells running smoothly.
- Conduct cycle counts as requested by your supervisor.
- Track down materials and expedite part shortages throughout the plant.
- Maintain accurate stock documentation and shortage reports.
- Attach identifying tags and labels to materials and containers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet handlers, hand trucks, and small hand tools with care and precision.
Who you are:
- You have a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- You bring up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You are detail oriented, have a high level of accuracy when working with numbers.
- You're physically ready for warehouse work — able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and comfortable working around noise, dust, and wet or humid conditions (our facility is mostly indoors, heated, with occasional outdoor work like unloading flatbed trucks).
- You follow safety protocols without exception, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and earplugs.
- You're comfortable with basic computer applications and everyday math.
- You communicate clearly and work well with others, even under minimal supervision.
- You show up self-motivated, dependable, and ready to be part of the team.
Preferred:
- Current forklift certification, or hands-on experience operating a forklift.
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management software.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial warehouse setting.
- A track record of stepping up and taking initiative on the floor.
