This position supports daily inbound and outbound operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role is defined by operational efficiency, inventory integrity, and consistent execution with minimal supervision.Receive, stock, load, and unload materials and finished goodsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily operationsPerform picking, packing, kitting, and shipping functionsMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and warehouse management system (WMS) updatesSupport workflow improvements and assist in training entry-level warehouse associatesREQUIREMENTS:• High school diploma or equivalent • 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience • Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, RF scanners, must be comfortable working on computers • Fast-paced warehouse environment with standing, walking, lifting, and material movement throughout the shiftPreferred Skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to analyze information and resolve discrepancies • Basic computer skills for transaction processing and recordkeepingLegal Notice Background check and drug screening required as part of the pre-employment process.By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
