Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Approx.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week | Shift: 8 Hours/Day

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate III to join our warehouse operations team in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and forklift operation in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate III to join our warehouse operations team in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and forklift operation in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, receiving, and shipping of materials.
- Load and unload freight safely using a forklift.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Read and follow work instructions, correspondence, and shipping documents.
- Assist with general warehouse operations while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift operating experience is required.
- Experience with picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
- Basic computer (PC) skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and documents.
- Good written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy warehouse environment.
- Constant standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift.
