Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment in Pasadena, TX? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Picker/Receiver (Water Spider) to support our operations. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in material movement and freight handling while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform picking and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently
• Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Maintain basic written documentation and communication
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory and material handling tasks
• Operate a computer and perform basic PC-related functions
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload freight
• Support material movement throughout the warehouse as needed
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, receiving, picking, or related experience
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferences

• Experience with receiving and picking transactions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy warehouse environment
