Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Operations Specialist

The role

We’re hiring a detail‑driven pro to manage both sides of the dock—shipping and receiving—in our Medina, Ohio facility. You’ll own packaging quality, inbound inspections, documentation accuracy, and on‑time departures while collaborating closely with production and warehouse teams.

What you’ll handle

• Prepare, package, wrap, label, and box products for safe transit.
• Create and process labels and paperwork using UPS WorldShip and FedEx.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; maintain accurate records.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock safely.
• Keep shipping/receiving areas organized and compliant with safety and quality standards.
• Support inventory control and stock movement across the facility.
• Partner with production and warehouse teams to hit shipping deadlines.

We’re looking for

• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
• Hands‑on experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx; StarShip familiarity is a plus.
• Current forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified); proven safe operation.
• Strong packaging, wrapping, and boxing abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Compensation, schedule, and location

• Pay: $22.00 – $23.00/hour
• Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Location: Medina, Ohio
