The Floor Coverings International Warehouse & Install Associate is responsible for maintaining the organization and flow of the warehouse, receive products, stage job packs, count inventory, as well as work with the crew to complete flooring projects. This is a hybrid role. 2 days a week will be in the warehouse/offices, 2 days will be working on job sites with the crew, and the other day will be flex as needed. This position is key to ensuring that installers can get their products efficiently and that customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Crew on job site work days.
• Run to the store to pick up materials.
• Receive and check materials in to confirm quantities match what is required for the job and what was ordered
• Maintain proper organization in the warehouse of products and inventory
• Stage job packs for upcoming installation starts over the next couple days
• Stain quarter round, transitions, and stair treads as needed for jobs
• Help load installers with materials
• Clean the offices and warehouse
• Greet customers that walk into the store
• Manage inventories of stocked items, doing inventory counts and ensuring issues are elevated properly.
• Keep show room and office organized and presentable.
• Be available for Home Show set up and break down.
