FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, dependable individuals to perform basic assembly and installation work in a warehouse setting. No prior technical experience or specialized skills are required — full instruction will be provided on-site. The most important qualities are dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic product assembly and installation tasks according to instructions/diagrams provided


• Use basic hand tools and/or power tools as directed


• Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols


• Lift, move, and organize materials (up to approximately [X] lbs)


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Work cooperatively as part of a team to meet daily production goals


• Report to shifts on time and as scheduled

Requirements

• No prior technical or mechanical experience required


• Must be reliable and consistently punctual


• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check


• Must successfully pass pre-employment and any required random drug screening


• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods


• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required)

Employment Terms

• This is a temporary, fixed-term W-2 position, paid hourly, with an anticipated duration of up to four (4) months from the start date.


• The term may be extended or shortened at the Company’s sole discretion based on business needs. No extension or conversion to a regular/permanent position is guaranteed or implied.


• Employment is at-will: either the employee or the Company may end employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, subject to applicable law.
