Warehouse Product Intake

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Product Intake to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, unloading products, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. You will also assist with stocking the retail floor as needed.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, experienced with forklifts, and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload all incoming shipments and deliveries
• Receive shipments and sign required paperwork
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Replenish inventory as needed to maintain stock levels
• Accurately count inventory and report discrepancies using ERP systems
• Process Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in the ERP system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Work closely with procurement staff to track and anticipate deliveries
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects
• Verify shipments against orders and invoices (quantity, quality, pricing)
• Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve discrepancies
• Manage returns or replacement of incorrect or damaged shipments

Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Forklift experience required or strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items throughout the shift
