Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all required paperwork and process for accurate reporting of issues and corrections in inventory
Perform inventory adjustments in database and ERP system as needed
Maintain inventory reports according to the Company’s standard documentation and archiving procedures
Respond to internal inquiries regarding products and inventories
Analyze and troubleshoot inventory control problems as requested
Prepare and submit weekly inventory control reports to Warehouse Supervisor
Perform administrative tasks including answering phone, taking messages, operating printers, and monitoring emails as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Competencies
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year working experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Requires computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Infor is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Demonstrated Team building experience
Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills
Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred
Strong communications skills
Must be flexible with work scheduling as well as overtime
Must be able to lift to 40 lbs
