Warehouse Inventory Clerk – PM Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to support evening operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse operations and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate tracking of inventory and finished goods within warehouse systems
  • Process and verify transactions related to receiving, stocking, and shipping
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and exceptions
  • Support order fulfillment through system updates and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding order status and issues
  • Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track, analyze, and report operational data
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
