What You Bring

• 3–5 years in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics within large-scale environments (500,000+ sq. ft., 800+ SKUs).
• A history of driving reconciliation to completion and strengthening inventory sustainability.
• High technical aptitude; strong with WMS, SAP, Synapse, and RF tools.
• Organized, accountable, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Professional communicator who collaborates well, teaches others, and supports customers confidently.
• Positive, can-do mindset; receptive to constructive feedback and resilient in high-pressure moments.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement; comfortable delegating and guiding teams to outcomes.

• Flexible when operations require it, including extended hours during peaks or urgent investigations.
