 Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
 Location: Clackamas, OR
 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
 Assignment Type: Temporary Leave of Absence Coverage

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance CMMS Inventory & Receiving Coordinator to support maintenance operations at a large manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving parts and supplies, tracking assets, supporting maintenance systems, and ensuring compliance with operational and financial processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance inventory management, parts receiving, cycle counting, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive maintenance parts, building supplies, and operational materials.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Match invoices with shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and equipment lists.
  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Track maintenance assets and maintain current asset records.
  • Support financial tracking and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain vendor and contractor documentation.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Attend maintenance department meetings and communicate inventory updates.
  • Support maintenance operations and special projects as assigned.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, maintenance storeroom operations, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related role.
  • Parts receiving and inventory management experience required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with CMMS, EAM, Oracle, or similar maintenance management systems preferred.
  • Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance and inventory controls preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
