Title: Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I
Location: Clackamas, OR 97015
Pay Rate: $18 -$25/hr. On W2
Role is 1st shift M-F 7am - 3: 30 pm
Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
Maintenance CMMS Inventory / Receiving
- Reports to Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
·Receive building & maintenance supplies, Services and Supplies for other areas as required.
·Asset tracking, maintain current Asset List
·Financial Tracking - Matching invoices with shipping receipts
·Conduct cycle count inventory to schedule. Maintain inventory parts and equipment lists.
·Maintain vendor/contractor paperwork.
·Verify paperwork for accuracy prior to submission.
·Attend maintenance shift meetings.
·Adhere to Company Safety Programs
·Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
*HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
*1-2 years experience in a similar roles
·Parts Receiving Experience
·Ability to work with limited supervision.
·Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
·Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
·EAM and Oracle experience preferred.
·Parts inventory and cycle counting
·Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
·Knowledge of SOX compliance
*Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
