 Parts Buyer / Procurement Analyst

 Location: Tempe, AZ 85282
 Pay:$25.00 per hour
 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Arizona Time)
 Work Environment: 100% Onsite

We are seeking a Parts Buyer / Procurement Analyst to support purchasing operations for a leading manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed.

 

This is a leave of absence coverage assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.

 

What You'll Do

As a Parts Buyer / Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting purchasing and facility operations by:

  • Managing purchase orders from creation through delivery
  • Tracking material shipments and ensuring timely procurement of critical parts
  • Monitoring inventory levels for maintenance and operational supplies
  • Assisting maintenance teams with forecasting material and tool requirements for preventive maintenance
  • Supporting purchasing activities while maintaining company policies and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating facility service contracts, including HVAC, janitorial, and equipment repair vendors
  • Preparing purchasing reports, cost analyses, and vendor performance summaries
  • Providing administrative support for procurement, facility management, and compliance activities

 

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional education in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an office or manufacturing environment
  • Purchasing or procurement experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with purchasing software or inventory management systems is a plus
  • Basic understanding of facility maintenance operations is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively with maintenance, production, and cross functional teams

 

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Arizona Time)
  • Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted hours when business needs require

 

Additional Information

  • 100% onsite position in Tempe, Arizona
  • Assignment is expected to cover a leave of absence
  • Potential for extension based on business needs
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship
  • Completion of Alchemy Safety Training is required
