Coordinate the efforts of the Food & Beverage/Inventory Control Dept. in the areas of: Inventory Control and Cost Accounting. Analysis and reporting of cost information and reconciliation of purchases.
Responsibilities:Food & Beverage Accounting experience, Food & Beverage product knowledge, computerized inventory experience, hotel/restaurant or related degree, management experience preferred. Ability to operate a 10 key calculator, telephone, FAX, computer and photocopy machine. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
