Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet operational demands
Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of tires, wheels, parts, and related inventory
Develop and implement warehouse processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices
Coordinate maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling equipment
Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support customer needs and business objectives
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inventory records
Qualifications
Previous warehouse management or inventory management experience required
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
Experience supervising and developing employees
Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the tire, automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial industry is preferred
Forklift certification or experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as needed
