A growing family-owned small business is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Operations Associate to join their team.\n

\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong sense of ownership, and understands that accuracy and organization are critical to successful day-to-day operations.\n

\nThe ideal candidate is someone who stays busy, works well independently, follows established procedures, and is comfortable speaking up when they see an opportunity to improve a process.\n

\nThis is not a traditional desk job. The position involves constant movement, physical inventory work, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse organization, with very little sedentary work.\n
\n
Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently\n
\n- Handle shipping and shipment preparation\n
\n- Perform data entry related to orders, inventory, and shipments\n
\n- Receive, organize, move, and maintain physical inventory\n
\n- Perform regular inventory counts and audits\n
\n- Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies\n
\n- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse\n
\n- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n
\n- Communicate issues, inefficiencies, and potential process improvements\n
\n- Assist with implementing improved processes and procedures\n
\n- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines\n
\n- Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as needed\n
\n- Attend hobby-related trade shows and events as needed\n
\n
