Position Overview:
We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, problem-solving, and organization. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative, family-owned work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of inventory control and accuracy.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Research, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend preventative solutions.
- Process inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement improvements to inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Manager to maintain an organized and accessible inventory system.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and storage efficiency.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address inventory challenges.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Previous inventory control and warehouse experience preferred.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Use of warehouse ladders and pallet jacks.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
