About the Role:

Culligan 331TX is looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse associate to join our team in Irving, TX! This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted name in water treatment and delivery, keeping our customers hydrated and satisfied every day.

Responsibilities:

• Fill, cap, and label water bottles accurately and efficiently on the bottling line
• Inspect bottles and products for quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Operate and monitor bottling equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Track and record production output and report any equipment issues
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during production
• Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory management of bottled products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a bottling, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
