Warehouse IT System Support Technician

We are seeking a Warehouse IT System Support Technician for a direct hire role onsite south of Madison, WI.

Qualifications include:

• At least 3+ years supporting third-party software and WMS systems
• 3+ years of related business experience
• High-level SQL knowledge and experience with WMS
• An associate degree in Computer Sciences, MIS, or related field

  The role involves systems upgrades, testing, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures, often requiring SQL or programming work. It requires problem-solving skills, adaptability, and experience with fulfillment processes. The position includes a mandatory 1-week On-Call rotation for 24/7 support once settled in.
