Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment supporting daily logistics and distribution activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and has experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues in a fast-paced operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for warehouse workstations, scanners, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Support WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related logistics technology platforms
- Coordinate with corporate IT for escalations, updates, and system deployments
- Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment documentation
- Set up and configure new equipment for warehouse staff
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or field technician experience
- Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center environments preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS, networking basics, and help desk ticketing systems
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
