Position: Warehouse Janitor
Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89032
Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shifts
Pay rates: $16.00-$17.00/hr.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout our warehouse facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain warehouse floors by sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly (indoors and outdoors)
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
- Maintain cleanliness around loading docks, storage areas, and high-traffic zones
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Respond to spills and ensure proper cleanup procedures are followed
- Identify and report safety hazards, damages, or maintenance needs
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Must be able to follow instructions and safety protocols
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include heat, cold, dust, and noise)
