About the Position
Our client is a leader in battery production in Middletown, DE. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill the exciting role as a full-time Janitorial Maintenance Staff 3rd shift.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse standards for cleanliness

• Ensure all debris and rubbish are removed from the floor to prevent safety hazards
• Remove full waste containers
• Sweep, mop, facilities as needed and maintain break area
• Upkeep restroom facilities
• Report any concerns or issues to managers
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be able to follow strict attendance policy, arrive to work on time, work full shift.
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely, without continuous oversight.
• Must wear steel toe or composite-toe boots
• Must pass a criminal background and drug screen

• 3rd shift works 6PM – 6:30am, on a rotating schedule 
• Must be able to work a Rotating Shifts, 2 on 2 off, 3 on schedule which requires working every other weekend.
