As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3-4 individuals) at the Medline warehouse in Temecula. These clients are eager to work and grow-you'll be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working on-site at Medline cleaning totes.
- Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence
- Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met
- Identifying each client's strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed
- Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers
- Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners
What We're Looking For- Someone who is available to work on Monday and Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (2 days per week).
- Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact
- Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
- Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
