Warehouse Labor

Overview:

A high-volume packaging facility is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join its production team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires consistent effort, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Overtime is required, especially during peak seasons.

⏱️ Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am–5:00pm with regular overtime 50-60hrs a week

• Saturdays and extended shifts during busy periods

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a moving production line, sorting and inspecting product for quality

• Bag, box, and label product accurately for shipping

• Assist with palletizing and preparing loads for outbound delivery

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality control standards

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Able to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• Physically fit and able to keep up with fast-paced work

• Willing to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed

• Dependable and ready to show up on time every day

• No experience necessary – training provided
