What You'll DoAs a warehouse laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Moving and staging materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping
- Packaging products, shrink-wrapping, and preparing shipments with care and accuracy
- Matching materials and parts to specific job orders to meet production requirements
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks and supporting production staff as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
- Following safety procedures and workplace guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all team members
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with team assistance when necessary
- Comfort with repetitive physical tasks and standing for the entire shift
- Strong reliability and excellent attendance
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor is preferred
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed to keep operations running smoothly
