We move product fast and hold high standards - every order has to be right, every time. ROLE SUMMARYWe are hiring two Warehouse Laborers to support our growing operations. This is a physical, hands-on role responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. You will work within a structured team environment where attention to detail and consistent follow-through are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReceive and inspect inbound shipments; report discrepancies immediatelyPick and pack orders accurately based on pick sheetsComplete secondary verification step before orders re-enter the officeMaintain clean, organized aisles and shelving in assigned warehouse zonesParticipate in cycle counts and annual inventoryFollow all labeling, put-away, and quality control SOPsCommunicate proactively about shortages, damage, or errorsSupport loading and unloading of containers as needed REQUIREMENTSPrior warehouse or distribution center experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic reading and counting accuracy requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredReliable, punctual, and able to follow structured proceduresAbility to pass a background check WHY JOIN AMSU?Stable, full-time salaried position - no shift volatilityStructured team environment with clear SOPs and expectationsUniform provided
