Warehouse Associate - Inventory & Data Entry
Location: Vernon, CA Pay: $20.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing manufacturing and distribution team. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with inventory tracking and data entry support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment while maintaining accurate records, updating inventory information, and supporting order processing activities.

Responsibilities
Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping products.
Update order statuses, inventory information, and shipment details using Microsoft Excel and internal tracking systems.
Review orders and identify discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or inventory issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock organization.
Prepare products for storage and shipment, including pallet wrapping, shrink wrapping, and labeling.
Verify product information and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.
Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain organized warehouse locations and inventory storage areas.
Communicate inventory, order, and shipment issues to supervisors and team members.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
Support general warehouse housekeeping and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ year of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred.
Previous experience performing data entry in Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience tracking inventory, orders, shipments, or warehouse documentation.
Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
Pallet wrapping, shrink wrapping, or packaging experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
